Carbon Key Flagship · From What Exists

From private storage to a complete automotive campus.

Our existing private storage facility reflects the approach we are carrying into our next development: bringing important automobiles together in a carefully managed environment, supported by the services their owners need.

The Wayne campus is planned to combine collector vehicle storage, automotive retail, service, vehicle care, private client facilities, and collection management. Designed Around Protection

Intended design priorities for the Wayne campus.

The intended design includes CAT 5-rated resilience and around-the-clock security. These are development objectives. Specific security capabilities will be presented once operating plans, equipment, staffing, and implementation are confirmed. The CAT 5 designation will be described as a planned design objective — not a completed, independently verified building certification — until the applicable engineering standard, design criteria, and supporting documentation are confirmed.

  • Structural resilience
  • Controlled vehicle access
  • 24/7 security coverage
  • Video surveillance
  • Monitored entry and exit
  • Environmental management
  • Vehicle condition documentation
  • Controlled vehicle movement
  • Emergency preparedness

Detailed security layouts, camera positions, and access credentials are never published.

Storage is only the beginning.

The planned storage operation is intended to support the ownership and management of collector, exotic, and hypercar assets — beyond climate-controlled parking.

Planned Capabilities

  • Controlled storage environment
  • Secure vehicle intake
  • Condition documentation
  • Vehicle photography
  • Battery maintenance (authorized)
  • Tire and fluid monitoring (service plan)
  • Vehicle movement coordination
  • Detailing and preparation

The Service Center

Built to support the cars we handle.

The planned service facilities connect vehicle sales, storage, collection management, inspections, and service — so a significant car does not leave the ecosystem every time something needs to happen.

25

Planned Service Bays

Bay count is a planned target, confirmed against the latest approved floor plan.

Planned Capabilities

  • Vehicle inspections
  • Routine maintenance
  • Diagnostic work
  • Mechanical service
  • Pre-sale preparation
  • Storage-related vehicle care
  • Specialist service coordination
  • Collector vehicle support

Carbon Key coordinates specialist and manufacturer-specific procedures through established external arrangements rather than claiming every procedure in-house.

A stored car can have an approved service request coordinated through the same vehicle record.

A vehicle being prepared for sale can have inspection and service needs addressed before presentation.

An acquisition client can request a pre-purchase inspection before committing to a purchase.

Body, Paint & Cosmetic Care

Presentation matters. Condition matters more.

  • Bodywork
  • Paint preparation
  • Paint booth operations
  • Cosmetic refurbishment
  • Paint correction
  • Detailing
  • Vehicle presentation
  • Pre-sale reconditioning
  • Collector car preservation

Body and cosmetic services support the sales, consignment, storage, and collection management businesses. No manufacturer-certified repair or specific restoration capability is claimed unless established by personnel, equipment, and operating approvals.

The Client Experience

A more personal way to do business.

Spaces designed around clients rather than vehicles. A client searching for a particular Ferrari could meet with Carbon Key to review inventory, compare specifications, examine possible acquisitions, and discuss inspection, financing, insurance, delivery, and storage through one coordinated relationship.

  • Private meeting areas
  • Client lounges
  • Vehicle presentations
  • Acquisition consultations
  • Collection reviews
  • Specification consultations
  • Vehicle handover and delivery
  • Private appointments

Approved client-space photography to be published

Carbon Atelier

Private specification and sourcing consultations can use the existing Carbon Atelier Spec Lab — design the specification, then turn it into an acquisition request.

Collection Management

One collection. One point of coordination.

Bringing the services together is the point of the campus. One vehicle, a connected ownership history — supported by the existing Carbon Key operational systems while physical-campus services are subject to the development and launch schedule.

A Connected Ownership Scenario

  1. 01A client purchases a vehicle through Carbon Key.
  2. 02The vehicle is inspected.
  3. 03Transport is arranged.
  4. 04The vehicle enters storage.
  5. 05Approved maintenance is coordinated.
  6. 06The client requests the vehicle for an event.
  7. 07Transport and preparation are scheduled.
  8. 08The vehicle returns to storage.
  9. 09Later, the client decides to sell.
  10. 10Carbon Key reviews direct purchase, consignment, private sale, or auction strategy.

  • Newly acquired collector cars
  • Vehicles arriving for storage
  • Client delivery
  • Auction transport
